Introduction
Launched in April 2021, the Promotion activity hub within Meridian (the Medical School's faculty lifecycle management suite) is a software tool designed to assist Departments in gathering the necessary documents and references for the promotion of faculty members.
This new application replaces MARTA, the previous promotion software, for all promotion candidates slated for September 2022, onward. (Existing faculty being promoted for Sept 2021 will continue to be processed in MARTA.)

Manage Department Signature for Academic Reference Solicitation
- Now you can add or edit your department head's signature inside Meridian; this signature is now used for all Academic Reference emails for your department/division, instead of Dr. Zink's.
