The Grading hub in ARB is where Medical School faculty and staff manage grading for undergraduate medical students.
Instructions
Here are tips for finding what you are looking for in the ARB>Grading tabs:
- Overview & Reports
- The Overview shows a combination view of grading across all three grading types (Clinical, Batch, and Consolidated) for a specified clerkship, so that grading for a given student is easily findable.
- Late Grade Prevention shows the detailed data behind those summaries
- The next two options provide further data on past grading
- Timeliness shows reporting on past grading timeliness
- Grade Distribution displays the breakdown of grades given in an academic year
- The remaining options are used by some required clerkship directors (sometimes accessed by coordinators) as part of the grading process
