Updating your Michigan Medicine (Level-2) password on your device

 

I know my current password and wish to change it:

1. Visit https://lvl2.med.umich.edu/profile and login with your uniqname and Michigan Medicine (Level-2) password.
2. Click Password Settings.
3. Click Reset your Michigan Medicine (Level-2) Password.
4. Provide your current Level-2 password, then provide a new password twice and click Update.
5. Your new password should now be valid. If you have any devices that might have your password stored, you will want to update them. See Updating your Michigan Medicine (Level-2) password on your device knowledge article.
   
   

I don't know my current password and wish to change it:

1. Visit https://lvl2.med.umich.edu/pwmfpv2/public/ForgottenPassword
2. Provide your uniqname and click Next.
3. Provide your Date of Birth and UMID Number and click Next.
4. You will be asked to validate a Security Key (4-digit random PIN) sent to a device or account of yours that we have on file. Select the preferred device or account in the drop down menu and press Send.
5. When you receive the Security Key, enter your new password twice and the Security Key, then click Next.
6. Your new password should now be valid. If you have any devices that might have your password stored, you will want to update them. See Updating your password on your device knowledge article.
