1	Tap to open the Apple App Store
2	Search for Duo Mobile
3	Tap to install Duo Mobile by Duo Security, Inc

 

Configure and Activate the Duo Mobile Application

 

1. From from a desktop or laptop computer, navigate to lvl2.med.umich.edu/profile, login with your password. and click on Duo Settings.
   
   1. NOTE: This should be done from a desktop or laptop computer as you will eventually need to scan a QR code on your monitor with your smart device.  
      
2. Click on Manage U-M Duo Account.
   
   
3. Click Add a new device.
    
4. Select Mobile and continue.

5. Enter your phone number, verify your number by checking the box that shows below, and continue. 
   
   
   
   • 
     
     
6. Select iPhone as the type of device.
   
   
   
   • 
     
     
7. Select "I have duo mobile installed" and continue. 
   
   
   
   • 
     
     
8. From the Duo app on your phone, Tab the + button and scan the QR code shown on the screen. 
   
   
9. Continue to set any preference.
