Introduction
This knowledge article will provide instructions on how to retire a knowledge article in ServiceNow.

Instructions
- Open the knowledge article record, then click Retire. This will send an approval request to the Ownership Group.
- The Workflow will show the article's status as Pending retirement.
- Once approved for retirement, the Workflow will show the article's status as Retired.
