How do I sign into a Kiosk if I lost my badge?
Answer
Always report a lost badge to the Service Desk so they can deactivate the badge. Once you obtain a new badge, follow the normal process to enroll it.
Only one card can be enrolled at a time. Enrolling the new badge will deactivate the original badge.
It is possible to access your desktop without a badge. At the Imprivata Secure Login window, click on the Network user tile or simply start typing on your keyboard and enter your username and password manually.
