Instructions

  1. Select Deleted Items Folder, select Recover Deleted Items option.  Highlighted below.



    2. A list of email items will appear, listing items that were recently permanently deleted or emptied from the Deleted Items folder.  As the mouse cursor hovers over an item, a checkbox will appear to the left of the item.  Mark the checkbox for each items to recover.  Once the items have been selected, at the top of the window, click the Recover button.


    3. The pop-up window will close and the selected items will be restored to the Inbox.
 If the item is not in the Deleted Items Folder, Trash, or Recover Deleted Items folder, then it cannot be restored, even by the Michigan Medicine Exchange team.
