Overview
Tableau Applications allow Michigan Medicine to better use data by allowing analyst to build dashboards and data sets and share them with Michigan Medicine. Users can interact and explore those dashboards and datasets to find answers.
Tableau Server (https://tab.med.umich.edu)
Allows users to share and browse dashboards or visualizations. Enables self serve analytics using curated datasets.

Tableau Desktop
An intuitive, drag-and-drop desktop application used to connect to databases, create dashboards, and publish data visualizations.
