Please note- you must have a Jabber profile setup first to login to Jabber on either a CoreImage workstation (Desktop/Laptop) or cell phone with Intune (Android/iPhone are exclusive). If you do not have a Jabber profile, please submit a new Jabber Request from the HITS ServiceNow Catalog:

Finesse +Jabber account for Contact Center Request  Note: Finesse users do not need to submit 2 requests (Jabber and Finesse) if they request Finesse, they will get jabber automatically with no additional requests needed. 

Phone Number on CoreImage Desktop/Laptop

• Launch Jabber and Log in using your level 2 username and password. (Same as your computer log in)
• Click the gear icon->Help→Show Connection Status

• Your Michigan Medicine phone number will show under the "line:" heading.

• iPhone - Tap on their initial>Accounts>Phone services>Line
