Introduction
When an encrypted email containing sensitive data is sent to a recipient outside of the Michigan MedicineOutlook/Exchange system, the recipient is required to acknowledge that the content is secure before they are able to view the message. View the job aid below for more detail.
If you recipients or an encrypted MichMed encrypted message and receive the following error:
Incomplete Payload
An error occurred while decrypting your message. Use your browser's back button to try again, and please wait until the Open button appears to enter your password. If you are using a webmail, try downloading the attachment first. If the open button does not appear, or you see this message again, please ask the sender to resend the message.
The securedoc_xxxx.html has to be downloaded prior to execution when using public mail like gmail, Hotmail, yahoo.
