In order to access Health System Data Warehouse (HSDW) data, you must have an HSDW account. To obtain, renew, or modify an HSDW account, follow the instructions on the HSDW Accounts webpage of the HSDW website. Please note the HSDW website and documentation resources are within the Michigan Medicine network. Users must be logged into the Michigan Medicine network or VPN to access them.
