What is Pagecopy and how do I request it?

Page copy is a service offered by our paging vendor which allows HITS to forward copies of pages to a mobile device or email address. This service is only available for Statewide (black) pagers and can only forward personal/individual pages; pages sent to a group will not be forwarded.

To request Page copy for a mobile device, first enroll your device in Intune, then request Page copy via our Page Copy Setup catalog item.

To request Page copy for an email address (only Michigan Medicine med.umich.edu email addresses will be allowed) use our Page Copy Setup catalog item.

Note: Page copy is a redundancy feature and is not a replacement for your physical pager.
