I submitted a request for a pager creation/change/deletion and it was cancelled. Why?
Answer
There are multiple reasons why a paging request might be cancelled, most often related to missing or incorrect information in the form. Examples include:
- Submitting a blank request or missing fields (uniqname, groups, etc.)
- The recipient already has a pager assigned in our paging system
- Requesting Pagecopy on a device without Intune Company Portal
- Requesting a regional or national pager without already having a statewide pager
- Re-assigning pagers from people to departments but not setting the appropriate bullet in the request form
