You may sometimes send an email and realize it contains incorrect information or forget to attach a file referenced in the message text. For these situations, Microsoft Outlook gives you the ability to recall a sent email.

You and the person you sent the email to must be using Michigan Medicine email. You cannot recall an email sent to someone without an @med.umich.edu email address.
