What is the H-Drive?

Note:  All CoreImage users should use OneDrive cloud storage (Microsoft) instead of using their H-Drive for storing personal files. OneDrive is integrated into CoreImage PCs and available on the web.

Every non-temporary, Michigan Medicine employee receives access to personal network file space at orientation. This space is referred to as the Home Directory, or "H-drive."

The H-drive is intended for work-related files that are personal in nature (i.e., these files will be deleted when a user leaves Michigan Medicine). Files that a department or project team may need should be saved in a shared space such as another network drive (R, S, or T), a Microsoft Team, or Microsoft SharePoint site.
