Introduction
Users can restore files in their H-drives that were deleted, moved, or changed. The backups go back two weeks.
Note that this also applies to the R, S, and T-drives.
Instructions
Users can go to a previous version of their entire H-drive at various intervals (last 24 hours, last 14 days) to restore a file.
- Right click the H-Drive folder (or any subfolder, including those on R, S, and T-drives) and select Restore previous versions.

- Select a time and date to restore the file(s) from the list and click Open.

- In this example, you can see that the target file that should be restored is in the July 24 backup. Drag and drop the file into the appropriate H-drive folder (which in this case is the root of the H-drive).

- You may navigate away from the folder using the list of folders in the left navigation pane, or close File Explorer to exit the backup folders.
