ARB Suite


Overview

The ARB Suite brings together in one space applications used by undergraduate medical students and faculty and staff who work with them. What users are able to navigate to is based on their role and authorizations and rules.

The applications in the suite are organized into different sections (called Hubs) which gather related information together in a single location. There are:

  • Student-focused Hubs (Learning Outcomes, Student Records, IDP, SP Encounters, Required Clinical Experiences)
  • Administrative-focused Hubs (Admin (Groups, Exam Outcomes, SP Encounters, Assessments, Evaluations, Virtual Classes), Rosters, Reports)
  • A Coaching/Advising Hub for coaches and advisors gathering their students together into a single dashboard and providing access to the relevant student data
  • Action focused hubs (Grading, Assessments, Evaluations and SP Encounters) for students and/or faculty to request/complete assessments and grade/complete SP Encounter notes/remediations, and students to complete evaluations
