Fluency Direct is a speech solution for free-form dictations of medical reports into Windows and web-based Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). Audio captured through an approved microphone is transcribed in real time into any application where text is usually entered with a keyboard.   

Note: If users have Fluency Direct open and they select Sign out and then go back to open it, users will be asked to enter username and password, have users quit the application completely and then reopen it, they will be logged back in.

The mic mappings will only work on the Phillips mics or some that are defined to the mobile phone apps.

To push Fluency direct to your workstation create a ticket to Service Desk to push the 3M fluency direct client with the term id
