Introduction
HITS requires that Application Stewards annually test their applications on the Windows 11 WaaS Feature update version (e.g., 22H2) specified by HITS so that Michigan Medicine can update its fleet of CoreImage devices to remain in compliance and supported by Microsoft, its device hardware vendors, and other independent software vendors.

For each Question, conduct your testing, then click the appropriate radio button: either Failed or Passed. **Note: We are not using the Blocked option. Please do not click the Blocked radio button.
- Once a radio button has been selected for a Question, an Actual Results dialogue box will appear. You will need to enter some text in this box in order to complete the survey.

- Click the blue Next button at the lower right of the window to continue to the next Test Case.
- You can leave the Survey at any time and your answers to that point will be saved. When you return to the Surveys section of the Service Portal again, you will see your Test Plan, with a progress bar to indicate your percent completion.
**Note: The due date for your testing is indicated in the bottom-right of your Test Plan box. - On the Surveys page in the Service Portal, your Test Plan will show a completed progress bar, as well as a message stating, "Completed.
