How do I access the Legacy Medical Records (LMR) system?

The LMR application, https://lmr.med.umich.edu, is an internal web application that is only accessible while connected to the Michigan Medicine network. Login requires the use of Michigan Medicine (Level-2) password and Duo Two-Factor Authentication is required. Authorization is controlled by membership to the HIM-PMR-USERS LDAP group which can be viewed using the Group Management Tool.

Only those given permission by an HIM manager will have access to this application. To request access, reach out to an HIM manager.
