Hiring

Fixes

  • Some special characters in filenames prevented viewing of an uploaded file
  • Some faculty on the Faculty Roster were showing duplicate appointment indicators
  • Faculty Roster was prioritizing non-faculty appointments (House Officer, etc) over faculty appointments when showing Track/Rank

Features

  • Added the ability for departments to reuse a candidate workflow by cancelling a candidate and starting a new one with the same Position Approval and Job Posting info.
    • Positional Approval and Job Posting info will be copied into a new form for a new candidate (including statuses like "Approved", "Revisions Requested", etc.)
  • Cancelled candidates will now be viewable on the Hiring: Candidate List via the new "Include Cancelled Candidates" filter option
  • Added the ability for OFA to cancel an entire hiring workflow
    • Planned positions will be returned to their "yellow" planning state
    • Unplanned hires will be removed entirely (but no candidate data will be lost)
    • Candidates who were attached to a cancelled workflow will be automatically cancelled, and their data will be accessible through the Hiring: Candidate List
  • The ID on the Candidate Detail page has been split into a Candidate ID (CID) and a Position ID (PID); PID should now be used for the Job Posting.
  • Added the ability to modify the Proposed Start Date for an in-progress candidate
  • Enhanced comments to allow editing and deletion of comments
  • Enhanced page headings to accurately describe where you are within the Hiring module (Hiring: Candidate List, Hiring: Candidate Detail)
  • The Hiring: Candidate List page will now remember your last used filters (even if you close your browser)
  • Some Position Approval questions have been updated to match best business practice
  • Added a tooltip to the single file upload feature


Planning

Features

  • Meridian left-sidebar navigation added to the Planning module
  • Reconciliation can now be performed on:
    • New Hire Planned Changes (including planning positions and departed faculty)
    • Change in Track/Rank Planned Changes (including planning positions and departed faculty)
  • Any reconciled Planned Changes now appear in the Planned Change Archive (just below where PC's live currently) upon reconciliation
  • Reconciled planned changes can also now be "unarchived"
    • Unarchived planned changes will return to their original state, but any entered reconciliation data will be lost!
  • A count of any Planned Changes that are in need of reconciliation will additionally appear on the dashboard and be viewable through a button
  • Unreconciled planned changes for departed faculty will now be saved during an iteration close
