Features

  • Space Planning
    • Planned changes for New Hires now include questions regarding space needs. These questions are optional but are highly encouraged for new hires anticipated in the next 12 months.
      • Building Location
      • Space Type (Office, Wet Lab, Clinical
      • Approximate Size (sq. ft.)
      • Status of Request
  • Reconciliation Enhancements
    • Planned changes will be auto-associated with the faculty member identified during reconciliation.
    • Planning positions will be hidden/closed once all planned changes are reconciled.

 

Hiring

Fixes

  • Position Approval form reflects a revised set of valid Space types (Wet Lab, Office, Clinical)
  • Proposed Start Date calendar now renders correctly in IE, and avoids a bug where the date would decrement by one when saving
  • Other user interface and performance enhancements

Features

  • The Initiate Hiring modal window allows for searching/filtering of the list, and also displays the rows in yellow (to indicate they are planned new hires from the Planning area)
  • A warning dialog displays if the user does something on a candidate detail page that would clear an unsubmitted comment
  • Faculty Roster displays a No Results message, when no matches are found for applied search filters
