Instructions
To return to the Home Dashboard screen at any time, at the top of the window, click the Home button.
The Home dashboard allows a user to:
- Access their meetings
- Create new meetings
- Follow other meetings
A user can have three different roles for a meeting. A user is either Facilitating, Participating in, or Following a meeting.
- A Facilitator has the ability to edit the meeting.
- A Participant is added to the meeting via a Facilitator and has a read only view of the meeting.
- Followers add themselves to a public meeting and have a read only view of the meeting.
See the User Roles page for more information about the abilities of each role.
Meetings can be either Public or Private.
- Public Meeting: Anyone can access the meeting to add themselves as a Follower.
- Private Meeting: Access is given by the Facilitator; the user is then considered a participant of that meeting. To follow the meeting, the user must request access via a Facilitator. Facilitator information for a private meeting is located on the "Follow Meetings" page under the "Other Meetings" section.
Meeting cards are information about the meeting located on the dashboard. A meeting card contains the following information:
- The meeting name
- Meeting icon
- The Facilitator(s) of the meeting
- Meeting time (optional)
- Meeting location (optional)
- Meeting telephone (optional)
- Meeting link (optional)
- Link to the current meeting
- Link to start a new meeting (Facilitator only)
- Link to meeting settings (Facilitator only)
