Facilitator

  • Creates meeting agenda
  • Adds Participants
  • Starts Meeting
  • Can delete a meeting
  • Meeting management
  • Share Meeting info
  • Sets visibility for meeting to public or private

Participant/Facilitator

  • Card for meeting automatically appears on the dashboard
  • All meeting pinned issues will appear on the "Pinned rollup"
  • All meeting notes will appear on the "Meeting rollup"
  • Any new meetings not viewed will appear in the "Notification rollup"
  • Can share meeting info

Follower

  • Must choose to "Follow" a meeting before a card appears on the dashboard
  • All meeting pinned issues will appear on the "Pinned rollup"
  • All meeting notes will appear on the "Meeting rollup"
  • Any new meetings not viewed will appear in the "Notification rollup"
  • Can share meeting info
