Can I have someone audit the course without seeing student data and/or keep compliance with FERPA?
Answer
Yes, by adding the user as an Observer, they will not be able to see any sensitive student data or grades, but will be able to see the content in the Canvas site. ITS provides a comparison chart of potential roles in Canvas and what they can access.
