Question
What is a secured exam vs. a non-secured exam in Examplify?
Answer
Examplify has two different settings that can be used on assessments:
Secure: This means the student's device gets locked down when they begin their exam, preventing any type of navigation except for the exam. The device remains locked down until the exam is submitted.
Non-secure: This means the student's device is not locked down during the exam. They will be able to access other applications or internet browsers during their exam. However, this way allows videoconferencing tools like Zoom to be used for remote proctoring if needed.
