How do I get a HITS loaner device to take an exam if my personal device breaks? 

HITS has a limited supply of loaner devices that can be used to take Exams on Examplify if needed if your personal device breaks. To do so, complete the loaner request form. Ensure you let the HITS staff member you'll need Examplify installed on your device. 

Note: Students who matriculated in the 21-22 academic year and later receive HITS Core Image Laptops, and should just receive a swap from the swap pool by the device support team. The loaner form is only for those students who matriculated prior to the 21-22 year and were not given HITS core image devices and utilize their personal devices.
