Introduction
Use the Follow Meetings button to access a page where you can select a meeting to follow.
This button appears on the following pages:
- Home dashboard
- Pinned Notes dashboard
- Meeting Rollup dashboard
- Meeting Notifications dashboard
Instructions
After clicking the Follow Meetings button, the Follow Meetings screen will appear. The screen is divided into two sections: My Meetings and Other Meetings.
The My Meetings section allows you to choose your desired visibility by category for each of your meetings.
- You can choose to include meetings on the Dashboard/Menu, in the Pinned page, in your Notifications, and in your Meeting Roll-up.
- Click the checkmark to make the meeting visible on the designated interface
- Click the the X to remove the meeting from the designated interface
- Additional meetings can be added to the My Meetings section from the Other Meetings section. See below for instructions.
- Select a meeting to view additional details.
- If the meeting is public you can then choose to Follow the meeting, which will add it to My Meetings above.
- If the meeting is private you will have to contact the facilitator of that meeting and ask to be added as a participant to the meeting.
