Introduction
Once a meeting is created, a set of options is presented to a Facilitator to run or manage their meeting.
These options allow a Facilitator to start a new meeting, share meeting information, or delete the meeting.
Instructions
A Facilitator can start a new meeting by clicking the + Start New Meeting button.
- The meeting agenda that was created will appear
- The facilitator has the ability to enter in notes for the meeting agenda item.
- The facilitator has the ability to add additional notes to a meeting agenda item.
- The facilitator has the ability to delete the current meeting.
- Any user type ( Facilitator, Participant, Follower) can share information for meetings of which they are a part.
- To share meeting information use either the Share or Download PDF buttons.
- The Share button will give the user an option to copy a URL link to the meeting.
- The Download PDF button allows the user to download a .PDF version of the current meeting.
