Introduction
Allows administrative users to search for an individual student and find general information or schedule for that student.
Allows students to see their schedule, some personal data, and their Immunization Records.
Instructions
For Students
There are two tabs in the Student Records hub: Student Information and Schedule. Student Information and Schedule are viewable by staff and faculty within OMSE on an as needed basis.
Student Information
Preferred Name - this is pulled from Wolverine Access--if you need to change your preferred name, please do so via Wolverine Access more information. It may take up to 24 hours before changes will appear in Student Records.
Schedule
The default sort order for this page is in order the courses were taken, however each column is sortable and you can use the filter/search box to filter what is shown (any field in any column is searchable). This data comes from Wolverine Access. If you notice any issues please refer to Registrar Services for Current Students.
Immunizations
Immunization information is no longer part of ARB Student Records. If you have a question about your immunization records, see these contact links.
For Faculty and Staff

Student Information
This page shows students'
- Preferred Name, Legal Name, Uniqname (pulled from M-Pathways)
- Program Status, Student Level, Program, Branch, PoE, Matriculation, Expected Graduation, Leave(s) of Absence (pulled from M-Pathways)
- House, Coaching Group, Coaching Faculty, Doctoring Assessor, Branch Advisor (Pulled from Group Admin)
