This hub was added to the ARB Suite as part of the project to support the PEN portion of CCA.

• Students come here to do CCA PEN remediation, CCA SP station remediation, Doctoring write-ups or Doctoring write-up remediation.
• Graders assigned to grade any of the above also come here to view submissions and submit grades.

Graders

If someone assigned to be a PEN Grader is logged in, they will see a list of students whose CCA PEN or non-PEN remediation or Doctoring write-up they have been assigned to grade. By default this list sorts by status (Not Started, Started, Submitted). Both regular grading and remediation grading display here. They can click on a row to view the submission then choose a grade and submit.

Once the Grading (or Remediation Grading) period has ended, each student's exam will be removed from the list. While the grading period is open, a grader can reopen an exam, make changes to their grade, and re-submit.

Students

On the Assignments Tab students see a list of any Doctoring write-ups they need to complete, including any revisions required by the grader. CCA Remediations will also appear here. Once the open period for completing the write-up or remediation has closed, the note will no longer appear on the list. 

• Notes and remediations can be saved and worked on later, or submitted once complete.
• Once a note has been submitted it may no longer be worked on or edited. 
• Completed SP Encounter notes can be viewed in Learning Outcomes on the SP Encounters tab. However the SP Encounters hub is the only location where students can work on these.
