Introduction
The Rosters section of the ARB Suite includes Group Rosters, Cohort Rosters and Class Rosters.

- Which rosters you can view in ARB is determined by the role you are authorized for. If you have questions on your role and what you can see in ARB, consult an OMSE director.
- For any of the rosters below, you can switch between face sheet view and list view by toggling the icons in the upper right corner.
Group Roster
Select a group type and then one or all groups (and one or all roles) and view either a "facesheet" (a page with small photos of each person (student) in the group) or a list view (a sortable table). You can print both the list view and the facesheet. You can also download the list view as a CSV.
Note: Only group types that have been tagged with Roster in the Group Administration application will show up in the list of group types to choose from.
Cohort Roster
Select a cohort of students and view either a facesheet or a list view (a sortable table). You can print both the list view and the facesheet, and you can download the list view as a CSV.
Class Roster
Select a Calendar Year and a Department (Subject), then either a single or all of the following; Location, Course, and Period. Period is the only non required selection in order for data to appear.

From the list view you can also download the Class Roster Report, a PDF report often used by clerkship coordinators to view students enrolled in each location and course for each period.
