Introduction
The Coaching/Advising hub provides a convenient way for faculty in coaching/advising roles to access ARB information relating to their assigned students.
Instructions
Which students are assigned to which people in which roles is controlled from the Group Administration tool in ARB. Assigned coordinators in the medical school are authorized to maintain groups there.
The Group Administration tool is organized around Types and Roles. If you are in a role listed below (each listed with its associated Type) you should have a dashboard in the Coaching/Advising hub.
- Branch Advisor in the role of Branch Advisor
- Coaching in the role of Coach
- Communications Coach in the role of Communications Coach
- House in the role of House Director
- Competency Committee Reviewers in the role of CC Reviewer
- CFI Advisor in the role of CFI Advisor
- MSTP in the role of MSTP Director
- MSTP Thesis Committee in the role of Committee Member
- MSTP Clinical Preceptor in the role of Clinical Preceptor
- MSTP PI in the role of PI
All students in the role of Student in those groups will appear on that person's dashboard.
For most roles there are two views: a face sheet view and a list view.
- On the face sheet view, it shows students faces, their name, their program and program status as well as links to their Learning Outcomes, Student Records, and IDP (access to these may vary by role see ARB Suite - Access for a list of access by roles).
- On the list view it shows, the students name, uniqname, program, program status, level and links to Learning Outcomes, Student Records, and IDP.
The CC Reviewer dashboard includes a third page with high level performance data of students like is shown on the Student Performance Summary Report.
