Michigan Medicine employee accounts should not be disabled if they still have an HR appointment. If the account is disabled for any reason, direct the user to their department's Manager or Access Liaison.
If a Michigan Medicine employee account is not enabled because the person has yet to fill out the New Employee Validation form, please direct them to check their email for a message with the subject of "Immediate Action Required: Verify Information for U-M Employment".
