How can I find my request (ticket number)?

Instructions

All submissions through ART create a ServiceNow (SNOW) Incident (INC) with the submitter as the "Caller." Access Liaisons should receive an email from SNOW when a ticket is opened and resolved. The email contains the UMID and Uniqname information.

Users can also go into SNOW and look up the incidents created by ART.
