How do I access the Account Request Tool (ART)?
Instructions
1. Using Chrome, Navigate to IAM Customer Tools + Services and select the Michigan Medicine Account Request Tool (ART) link.
2. Type your Michigan Medicine credentials, click Sign In, and then complete Multi-factor (MFA) authentication.
NOTE: You must be on the Michigan Medicine network, vpn or Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) to access ART.
3. ART opens to the My Accounts page by default.
