Health Information Technology & Services (HITS) grants access to Clarity data based on the following:

• Your Epic credentials:
  
  • Which Train Track have you completed?
  • What training status do you hold?
  • For what role(s) are you credentialed?
• Your business needs for accessing the data
• Principle of least privilege:
  
  • You will be given access to the minimum set of Clarity resources needed to conduct your work.
  • If you need additional access, you will need to provide a business reason to support that request.
