Introduction
Medical students are given an orientation to Examplify when they matriculate to medical school by the Evaluation & Assessment office. In case any follow-ups are needed, recordings created by the Evaluation & Assessment Office are below. There may be slight changes based on updates from Examplify and the exam process, so if any specific questions need to be answered, a student can contact the Evaluation & Assessment office.
ExamSoft general videos are also provided by the vendor and can be viewed to get an idea of how the software works.
If trying to start an exam/during an exam:
- Need an override for ExamID camera issue or continuation code needed email the Evaluation & Assessment team directly.
- All other issues while taking an exam, contact ExamSoft phone support (866) 429-8889, ext. 1.
- HITS Laptop issues can submit a HITS ticket. However, there is limited weekend support, so if you run into an issue with your HITS laptop, email the Evaluation & Assessment team directly, as well, for guidance.
