Starting in Winter 2018, the Medical School transitioned to a new teaching evaluation system called Blue to replace CurrEval (which was retired on October 1, 2018). Blue is a curriculum evaluation software for the University of Michigan Medical School (UMMS) designed to evaluate the quality of courses/clerkships/curricular experiences and instructors (faculty and residents). Blue is a product of eXplorance and is an enterprise solution being implemented on central campus (Registrar's Office and ITS). The Evaluation and Assessment staff and faculty use Blue to set up evaluations and view reports. Students can access evaluations in Blue and are prompted with tasks to complete via email.
