WaaS Upgrade - Scenario A: Install Now


Instructions

  1. Pull update from Software Center
    1. Open Start Menu, type Software Center, click Open
    2. In Software Center, select the Updates tab and run the current Windows 11 version option



  2. Confirm you want to run the upgrade
    1. Select Install when the Software Center notification pops up



  3. Receive notification for restart
    1. The notification informs you that you'll be signed out of Windows and your device will shut down
    2. Select Close
      waas_upgrade_shutdown


  4. Restart device
    1. Save any work you have open
    2. Restart your device



  5. Confirm that your upgrade was successful
