How long can I retain my email?
Answer
Currently there is no policy on how long email can be retained. Except for the folders listed below.
Deleted Items folder: Messages are kept for 5 days and then moved to the 'Dumpster' for 4 days. As a result, staff have up to 9 days to recover a deleted email. After 9 days, the messages cannot be recovered.
Junk Email Folder: Messages are deleted after 14 days.
