Cisco Finesse - Logging In


Instructions

  1. Open Cisco Jabber.  More instructions on using Jabber can on the Jabber – Getting Started page.

  2. Open the Cisco Finesse site by clicking Start > Cisco ACD Call Center > Cisco Finesse or by navigating to this link in your internet browser.

  3. Enter your uniqname, then click Next.

  4. Cisco Finesse will open a Michigan Medicine login window.  Enter your Level-2 credentials, then click Sign In.

  5. Cisco Finesse will ask for your Cisco Jabber extension.  Enter it in the Extension field, then click Submit.  If you do not know your Jabber extension, you can find it using the Jabber – Finding Your Jabber Phone Number instructions.

    Cisco Finesse requests your Jabber extension. Enter it and press Submit.

  6. The Cisco Finesse desktop will open.  (Your icons in the left sidebar may vary, depending on your level of access)

    Once logged in, the Cisco Finesse desktop displays as shown here.

  7. At the top of the screen, click the Not Ready button and set it to Ready to begin taking calls.
