Cisco Finesse - Checking Voicemail


Introduction

While most Cisco Finesse agent profiles are configured without voicemail, some agent profiles do use voicemail.  In addition, some call services have voicemail boxes for after-hours messages or emergent situations.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Cisco Finesse

  2. Click the Voice Mail icon in the left sidebar.

    Voicemail is an icon in the left sidebar of Finesse Desktop.

  3. Finesse will open a Sign In screen. 

  4. If you are trying to access a department voicemail, type the name of your “Precision_queue” as the Username, then enter the departmental password as the Password and click Sign In.  If you are trying to access personal voicemail, enter your uniqname as the Username and your Level-2 password as the Password.

  5. Finesse will open the Web Inbox where voicemails will be displayed.  Set your preferred listening device by selecting Phone or Computer in the lower right corner, then select the voicemail message you wish to review.

  6. When a message is selected, it can be played using the Play button or deleted using the Delete button.

    Pressing the Play button in Web Inbox will play the voicemail.
