Cisco Finesse - Making an Outbound Call


Introduction

If you need to make a standalone, outbound call related to your work in the contact center, you must call from Finesse and not directly from Jabber.

Instructions

  1. In the top-right corner of Finesse Desktop, click the Make New Call icon.

    Make New Call icon in the upper-right corner of Finesse Desktop.

  2.  A menu will appear, allowing the agent to select from the contact list within Michigan Medicine, or to type a number directly using the keypad.

  3.  Either select the number or dial the keypad and click Call to place the call.
