Cisco Finesse - Changing Jabber Expressway to Allow Connections to QA

Introduction

Cisco Finesse has multiple environments for different purposes, such as Production for real customer calls or QA for testing call flows.  You may be asked to move to the QA environment if you attend Finesse training or if you take part in testing activities.  Note: you should only perform this function if instructed by a trainer, a member of HITS, or your supervisor.
