Cisco Finesse - Running Historical Call Reports


Introduction

While supervisors can view real time reporting on live calls directly in Cisco Finesse, historical reporting is run from a tool called Cisco Unified Intelligence Center.  Note: only supervisors or other authorized personnel can access these reports.

Instructions

  1. Open the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) site by clicking Start > Cisco ACD Call Center > Historical Reporting or by navigating to this link in your internet browser.

 

         3.  Enter Username, click Next

         

         4.  Cisco Unified Intelligence Center will open a Michigan Medicine login window.  Enter your Level-2 credentials,

              then click Sign In.

  1.  In the left sidebar, click Reports.

    Reports icon in the left sidebar of the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center desktop.

  2.  Click the Stock reports folder.



  3.  Select the report you wish to view.
