Introduction
While supervisors can view real time reporting on live calls directly in Cisco Finesse, historical reporting is run from a tool called Cisco Unified Intelligence Center. Note: only supervisors or other authorized personnel can access these reports.

Instructions
- Open the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) site by clicking Start > Cisco ACD Call Center > Historical Reporting or by navigating to this link in your internet browser.
3. Enter Username, click Next
4. Cisco Unified Intelligence Center will open a Michigan Medicine login window. Enter your Level-2 credentials,
then click Sign In.
- In the left sidebar, click Reports.
- Click the Stock reports folder.
- Select the report you wish to view.
