How can I request new features, functionality or apps be activated in Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 (M365) is Michigan Medicine's strategic platform for productivity, collaboration, & communication. HITS is accountable for the overall M365 platform delivery strategy which includes defining the roadmap to meet the strategic goals of Michigan Medicine. There are two ways for you to influence this roadmap using the ideas portal or demand management.
Use the Ideas Portal: HITS has implemented the Ideas portal within Service Now to allow the broad Michigan Medicine user community to weigh in on features & functionality that they would like to have implemented. See process detailed below.
Use demand management: HITS has implemented a tailored path demand process to help demand managers bring forward their customers' business/use cases in a formal review for alignment to platform strategy, resource allocation, operational model & overall governance. See process detailed below.
