Installing Haiku on iOS
This document will walk you through installing Epic Haiku on your Intune enrolled iOS device.
If your device is not yet enrolled to Intune, please reference the enrollment instructions before proceeding.

Installing Haiku
1. Open the Company Portal app
2. On the Apps tab, tap View all Apps
3. Tap Epic Haiku
4. Tap Install
5. Tap Install
6. Once the application is successfully installed, open Haiku
7. Tap Accept
8. Ensure your environment is set to UMHS-PRD
Enter your uniqname and UMICH password, then tap Go
9. Tap Allow
10. Tap Allow
Notification Settings
1. Open Settings
2. Navigate to Apps
3. Navigate to Haiku
4. Tap Notifications
5. Ensure Allow Notifications, Critical Alerts, and Time Sensitive Notifications are toggled On
Under Lock Screen Appearance, set Show Previews to Always
Enable Wi-Fi Calling
1. Open Settings
2. Tap Cellular
3. Tap W-Fi Calling
4. Tap the toggle to the On position
5. Tap Enable
Note: If this is the first time you've enabled Wi-Fi calling on this phone, you may be prompted to update your emergency contact information by your cellular provider.
Follow the on-screen prompts to proceed.
