How do I know if I have the PrinterLogic client?
You would know if you're unable to add a printer outlined in the instruction section of this article.

Instructions
The browser based Add Printer option simplifies the installation of networked printers on your CoreImage workstation.
Accessing the Client to add a printer can be completed by using one of the two methods listed - option 1. Start Menu OR 2. System Tray.
1. Start Menu
Open the Printer Installer folder in the Start Menu to access the print management features.
Select "Add Printer"
OR
2. System Tray
Click on the system tray icon to open the PrinterLogic Client.
From the system tray, click on the PrinterLogic icon which opens the Self-service Portal.
Alternatively, right-click on the PrinterLogic icon to select "Add Printer" from the list.
There are two ways to find a printer to add, by either using 1.Tree View OR using 2. Search box.
1. Tree View
In the Tree view of the self-service portal (located on the left side), navigate the structure by Building, Floor and Printer.
OR
2. Search Box
Type in the printer's name in the search box.
For example, PRT-105V or 105V
NOTE: Utilize the new way to search for a printer: use the - (dash). The old way of using @ (at) no longer works.
