How do I know if I have the PrinterLogic client?

You would know if you're unable to perform the function outlined in the instructions section of this article.

The Delete Printer option, which is a browser-based tool enables you to easily remove printers on your computer.

There are two ways to access the Client to delete a printer:

1. Start Menu

Open the Printer Installer folder to access the print management features.

Select Delete Printer

2. System Tray  

Click on the system tray icon  then Right Click on the PrinterLogic icon to select Delete Printer from the list.

 

A window opens with a list of installed printers that you can delete.

Click on the printer you want to delete.  

 

Once the printer that you want to delete is selected, next click on Delete Printer

 

Click on Yes to delete the selected printer.

 

Once deleted the printer will be removed from the list.

 

Select Close to close the window.
